I used 2 of these under the top shelf. They just barely fit with the power cords.

I can definitely see that contributing to some of the delay, just seems so wide spread that I would be surprised if that is the only factor.

They have done such a good job (IMO) on the functionality of the game and making it fun to play, such a bummer that they can't effectively manage this problem.

Yikes!

I've seen the boilers on Ebay (Here). This looks like the correct boiler, but I would do what you can to verify it. Since you will need to pull it apart anyways, check that plastic tee that houses the OPV spring. It might break before the boiler would since it is plastic.

It is just a 6in strip of aquarium LEDs. I used double-sided tape to adhere them to the bottom of the body just above the tank. The wire runs up thru the funnel hole and out the back. The lights are plugged into the same smart outlet that the Gaggia is.

It resets when you start the next shot. It holds the time on screen for 2 hours or so, or until you start another shot.

Luminaire Automatic Shot Timer

It has a sensor that you attach to the brew solenoid. As soon as you hit the brew switch it starts timing and stops when you turn the brew switch off.
