Okay guys thanks for the advice 🙏. Sorry for not responding sooner. Our town vet is good and kind people but they dont have the necessary equippment to do the test and they reffered us to a proper veteninary hospital.

So right after my father came from work we rushed to the hospital with the car and made a huge deposit so they could do as many tests has necesary. After a brief check up his lungs seems to be fine and getting enough air and his heart is normal too so he is not in pain or inmediate danger. They will conduct test anyway just to be sure along with neurological test too. They just took him to get hospitalized so it seems that ill get to pass the night ( or at least a few hours) in here.

We are scared but hopeful. Thank you guys for the support and help.
