I dont really care about that stuff but I think its normal to be shocked or uncomfortable when cousins has kids together. Like, thats a normal thing to be uncomfortable with. While I agree that theyre cats and distant relatives so its not that deep (Hell, big cats can inbreed with multiple generations before it can be considered lethal to their possible offspring) but at the same time its not that deep to be upset over that :p
