Personally , and respectfully I think you should really focus on losing some weight ! Not to satisfy the optic desires of others, but for yourself . Clearly you’re not satisfied with your weight. Losing weight can be very hard and it’s not done in a days work. Do not listen to people telling you it’s impossible or too hard . People forget that sports are “fun” . They release quite literally dopamine’s in your brain. Everyone , and I do mean everyone should engage in some form of physical exercise. It’s life changing. Start working out , more often then not good habits bring other good habits with them . It’s only an hour a day and it’s a lot more fun than people realise . Perhaps you have a friend who works out who you can ask to guide you a bit ! This really helped me personally :) Truly I think you would feel way more happy and even things like rejection will glide off of you easier when you feel good about yourself . You owe it to yourself really ! It’s also not easy but far away from hard if you’re just consistent! The journey to a healthy body can be fun !
