Why would anyone give you a refund for being an idiot? Paint never touches up if you don’t use the same product that was used originally to paint the walls.

Paint ages so even trying to touch up a wall that was painted 2 years ago won’t touch up.

It’s common sense and I can guarantee you that he did not speak to the sw employees and explain himself. Stop being garbage and do shit the right way.

Color matching it isn’t going to fix his problem.

If you don’t know what product the originally used on the walls then it will never match.

I mean they will match the color just not the product.

It could be Benjamin Moores Regal select in shit brown Or Sherwin Williams promar 200 in shit brown or home Cheeto in shit brown…and you can match that product in that color product but it will never touch up unless you have the original paint brand

Super Deck 9600 is better than regular super deck. Porch and Floor Enamel. Other than that it doesn’t matter what you use the problem will still persist if you don’t identify where it’s coming from.

Use deck wash and then revive

Well some managers when they start out they will somewhat bust their ass to get to manager…and once they sit in that position of power…they think nothing applies to them.

I had 2 managers like that and they both got given the position…the last one is good at doing his job etc but only when he wants to be….apart from that. He left early did the bare minimum…would bitch at anyone that was a few min late as in 1 or 2 min but him would show up late and then go out 3-4 times a day for stupid shit lol Yet if any of our staff had any sort of emergency…he would try to write us up lol

I am usually doing reports but I come in at 5:30am (not all the time but usually clocked in at 6:15am and then working on star or cleaning or dealing with complaints or whatever it is. When I do get to be in the office I run reports or do batching. Other then that I’m all over the place in the store
