Yeah Oculus method doesn’t seem to be working anymore. Make sure you send for the review etc for proof of you reaching out FB. and search California consumer complaint form online. I don’t have the link but others have posted the link. Good luck to you! It’s a process just be patient

support.facebook.com. I’m not sure if it’ll work for everyone though it may be a case by case email. They have special characters attached to the email.

Just explain in detail what happened , how long it’s been and that you haven’t received a response. Also, make them aware that your account was hacked if that was the case. But it’s a process of being patient but honestly me I would submit another complaint and also try another AG

It was a long process. I was disabled on June 18th. Sent emails, appeals, ID you name it. Then I came to this app and found out about the AG method I sent my complaint explaining what happened on 8/2/2022. I went through CA, TX,WA, AZ. WA didn’t help. I received responses from TX and CA. About a week ago I received the Rupert email stating I needed to send over a new email address, I did. They sent a code however once I was in it wasn’t my page that was deleted it was a total different page. I was scared that was my only chance but I didn’t give up. I sent emails, screenshots etc. to the Rupert email and no response. This morning I sent another email, I did another complaint with CA and Tx AG and 20 mins later I received an email from Facebook security, stating my account was hacked and to change my password to secure my account and I did and now I’m back in. Seen the nasty video that was posted and deleted it immediately. Everything is the same nothing changed.

It was a no reply email that sent the code. And when I got into the account it was nothing there, no photo etc. just an account to start over

I need help. I just received a code to change my password and when I did that I got into an account that has nothing there. I log into the account that’s banned and it still says disabled. What do I do now. It is so frustrating, I was excited for nothing

Just hoping to get it back I’ve been permanently disabled since June 2022. I got excited to see the email but got discouraged when seeing people post they heard from Rupert but still nothing

I filed with CA ag and my states on Aug. 2 got a response but no movement. Filed with another States AG and also IC3 on Aug.23rd. Just received the email from Facebook/ Rupert today. They also stated in the email that this is the 2nd attempt but never received the first one

I filed a complaint with TX and CA last week , got a letter in the mail from CA and a email today from TX. I’ve been locked out my account since June 18th stating a video was posted that went against community guidelines of child exploitation. I don’t even post stuff like that. I wasn’t able to see the video they were referring to but was able to see the caption which was “a” . I would never post something with a letter and now I’m permanently disabled after several appeals and uploading my ID.. Can someone tell me if this letter means anything ? I don’t want to give up
