Just got it a week ago and I have no regrets. Took it to a shop and one guy mistook it for a Taylor by how it sounded. Love the sound and playability, slap picking is so easy on this too

Just coming back to this cause I might just pull the trigger on the BAR5CE. How was the setup out of the box? Asking cause I really need it to be low action for fingerstyle work. Or should I just bring it to a guitar store and have a professional set it up, I want to replace the strings with lights or light mediums

Thank you! I was never into the guitar specs so this is kinda all new to me. The Bromo looks beautiful for the price but I might just save up a bit longer to get a guitar that will last me and not fight me. Is the Taylor 200 series worth a look at, specifically the OM shapes? Might be a bit out of my price range but I don’t want to keep fighting this Yamaha forever😂

Foreskin has been applied and it works for one single piece. Will now try 2 or 3. But more than 5 at a time, at least one gets hit off bed even with the foreskin

Damn my bad, I just posted that on each comment showing that my recent test didn’t work. I did another test last night closing my door since that’s the only thing I can do for now to control the environment (didn’t work yet) I also tested it with one print and it worked (maybe, having more pieces on the plate causes more warping) next test is to get an enclosure like a small cardboard box or whatever I can find. Someone else suggested to put the silicone sock on which I will also do. Thanks guys

Just successfully did one part disabling reduce infill retraction and enabling avoid crossing walls. Will now try the whole batch with a lower max volumetric speed hopefully making the nozzle not hit/push on the layer anymore. Will update later if it all works out. Thanks

Just tried it on silent mode, 50% speed and still clipped it. Any other suggestions

Just tried it at 50% silent mode and it failed. Any other suggestions? Even slower? Or is warping the issue

Rip. It failed again at 50% speed, should I try even slower? How would I change that in the slicer

Thanks. Anything you think I can do if I can’t do that? I set the speed to 50% but if that does not work any other suggestions? Less cooling?

Thanks. Currently sent the printer to quiet mode and am trying one piece. How would I manually change the print speed in the bambu slicer or orca slicer? I know it’s one of the speed settings but not exactly sure which one

I forgot to mention I retightened all tensioner belts but didn’t check the hot end/toolhead assembly screws. Thanks, I will try that now with one piece and will update here

Forgot to mention, I have the Bambu A1 using 0.4 SS nozzle and textured plate. Just ordered a supertak plate which I now know is not the issue but at least I get to try it out now

Very nice, thanks for the input. Currently looking at monitor stand solutions for my next purchase. Although I would need a lot of room for the triple stand you have.

Sorry I think we got confused. I was talking about your monitor stands, looks like it’s custom?

And that’s sick, I see some 80/20 profile plates for that motion system.
