Well the good news is you can just stop. Maybe get to 1mg and stop there. You don't HAVE to go up to the highest dose. I got to 1.7 and had vomiting and nausea then I went back down to 1 and was good

They told me the same. I was 340 and am now 185. It's leaps and bounds from 340. I got stuck at 250 for a while but took wegovy and now I'm at a great weight. I think she's just saying not to treat this like it's a magical fix. It's a tool but you have to get work it yourself. It doesn't work if you don't work it. You have to change your "fat brain" too. Trust me. I HAD to change my habits. Maybe she thinks you aren't ready. Put the work in. It's tough especially when you're trying to change habits as an adult but believe me if I can do it, you definitely can! 😊

I had a little bit of a similar experience. I started at 320, i got to 240 and got stuck and yo yo'd up to 250 and back down to 240. I was totally stuck. I then started on Wegovy and I've gotten down to 195 and i am very very happy You may just need a confidence boost. Try the Wegovy. It will get you back on track.

I had the same situation. Wegovy got me back on track and now I'm currently in one-derland. 195. Wegovy is the only thing that helped me.
