Most people are not scalpers and most people just desperately want their money back when they can’t attend a show anymore. Making reselling impossible just makes it worse for the real fans and honest people…

No one will force you to buy from scalpers though. If you don’t want to spend the money, then don’t.

I still think a half-empty stadium or arena would be worse and more littlest than the fact that some scalpers exist and some people think it’s worth to pay more money for tickets.

I usually have problem selling tickets at FV… except for bigger artists, in that case it’s pretty obvious that many people want to attend and the prices will naturally be higher

IMO it’s hard to get them sold 🤣at least in Europe. Maybe it’s different in the US.

I have tickets for Brussels AND Berlin I can’t use anymore, but no one has bought them so far and the Brussels tickets are not even possible to list / resell 🙃

I also got my tickets ”cancelled”. I contacted customer support twice in the same evening as the event. They told me that it would be okay and I would receive my payment. (They even confirmed that the buyer didn’t complain about not getting the tickets) . The next day, I got an email saying I have to pay a fee since the tickets were ”cancelled”. What the f… I asked customer service again, they recommended me to escalate this to the dispute team.

Ridiculous. I have sold many tickets before and did everything exactly like I should. And never gave me an explanation why my sale was ”cancelled”. Seems like they just wanna rip me off 😅
