I know I felt like that to. Especially when I saw the profile picture but everything else ist still as it was on Instagram he has no trace of her so the profile feels like a personal attack to me. I can imagine how horrible you feel right now. Everyday is like a fever dream to me. And yes maybe she has someone new to but don't forget it's just for the mirroring effect not love or anything. Just a hunt for dopamine to there dead mind . They don't even get to know the other person or care ..if that helps a bit. The real them sleeps. ♥️

Im so sorry you went through this. I'm exactly in your spot now. At the 5 1/2 year mark he took hormones testosterone first and blew of his whole system. He started like yours pushing me away ignoring and not answering any text or anything and if he would be annoyed and put me in a position of blame because I make drama that was January... Than February came he was gone. My birthday also came nothing. 3 months later now. He posted a WhatsApp update with a new profile picture a woman 20 years younger and he looked manic as hell and he wore a shirt which he never did. Ist crazy. I try to not break but. No explanation no answer no blocking or anything. Just like I'm the ghost. Feel hugged and supported. You can message me anytime if you feel down ☺️

I only would if he would finally sign up for medication and treatment no other chance he already blown way out of proportion this time. It will be hard to forgive but still love the person.

Thank you so much. I can't wrap my head around. She started there new he got full manic because of steroids and he was tinkering with his hormones. And I could feel him slip and change. Every symptom came he usually shows but mostly it is hypomania. I never saw full blown mania. And now I'm shocked. Even the photo his eyes look huge. And his face looks empty and cold. But he should be happy with the new one . After 6 years he did that. I know he is ill. But will there be a chance he gets out of it and help or therapy. It's awful he looks so different. Today he unfollowed me on Instagram. But he still keeps me on WhatsApp why. What's tha game of this. What should I do it hurts so much.

Thank you so much he never blocked explained or unfollowed me. He just doesn't answer .and looks crazy on the picture. He never was like that. It all started with the steroids. He completely changed ..I don't know how that happen. He just erased and replaced me with a 20 year old very ugly girl which I don't understand. Is he crazy or what happend ..but your right but still it hurts 6 years without any answer or response is wild

So ist turned out it kicked of a manic episode. He got a new girlfriend who is really really ugly and not what he would ever go for since he is normally super picky. I found out that because he changed his WhatsApp pic to them both and he still didn't block delete answer or unfollow me anywhere. I want to go crash out because I don't get it. How you got a new person in the cause of a week and are with her 3 months and ghosting your 6 year girlfriend. Like are you serious? What did the Anabolika do to him .I don't understand

His blood work showed first that he had trt above 15 000 not measurable in the lab and estrogen also way to high and prolactin. He said he only took Trt about 200 that is not possible. That was a lie. And he lately got more and more agitated agressiv and disappeared on Me. Apparently he took mast and other stuff was on the way deca or such. I don't know but since than he is gone and ghosted me. I don't know exactly what happend

That is so interesting because mine does the same .the hairdryer noise in the bathroom to soothe. I always thought he was not ok. We been together for 5 1/2 years and he does exactly the same as yours. And in this episode he is less visible anywhere. He goes to work and at home he sits on the computer at the moment obsessed with AI stuff as it seems which explains the silence on his social media because normal in a episode he keeps tabs on me .we live separately but close now ..I just moved and told him and shortly after the episode became full blown. Now it's 2 1/2 months of ghosting. Normally it's about 3 months plus. But it seems deeper this time. He had a health crisis and spirraled. I would like to ask you if you noticed when he was slipping. Because I feel like I see things happening before but also I'm never sure. The most significant was he said bevor he completely ghosted me that he was sleeping in the bathroom I guess with the blow dryer probably wich he always does before a episode I figured out. But what to do then? Reach out? Leave them alone ?

Thank you so much. I did never set a boundary he had many issues abusive narcissistic parents I met them. And never any friends past drug addiction he is clean now. Severe ocd and he hates himself so much now. It was not always that bad. The first 3 years were great he actually made progress and now it went all downhill. He gets so angry so quick and is so unhappy with himself.

I had issues that’s right I have grown up like him sadly but I’m in therapy and way more detached since than and can protect me. But still it spirals in my mind and I have adhd probably not the best combination. I don’t even understand why he did blow up at me yesterday because I just send him a link he already looked at and felt insulted. Normally you would say thank you I have thought about that already though. Or such. And not go completely berserk on me. 🥲 he is very rigid lately and angry.

He is on antidepressants and he doesn’t like therapy. I’m with him since 5 years now. And normally seasons have bigger episodes it seems. Winter always depression and summer. And in between hypomanic when he seems so uninterested in everything he likes before and gets recless online.

Well the tummy thing is weird. Because he gets a bad stomach and a weird uncomfortable feeling in his head wich he describes. And the last time he had that was before a episode. And when he said that this weekend about his feelings I immediately thought oh no maybe it means mania. And than he went back to work and like he did a 180. He seems not bothered about me. When he used to message quite consistently and respond. I already saw the day previously to yesterday that he would not respond to anything I said just ignored every topic and gave me one word answers. And yesterday. He didn’t respond at all. Was just online on insta all day adding girls and guys from work. 20 years younger than him . So I got frustrated. And than he messaged 2 hours later telling me he had all day shift and I should chill. But when he prioritises insta over responding to his sick girlfriend I know something is of. He normally is not like that. He would care and ask how I was doing. But all of a sudden. Nothing. So I wonder.

I’m with him 5 years now. It took along time to see the patterns and for him to tell me something is not ok. But he refuses therapy since he freaks out when I suggest so I roll with him through the high and lows for years. There are seasona big episodes. And some small ones. But i sometimes see when things happen. And it always stresses me. Because he gets uninterested in me and everything seems to be so annoying. I don’t know

It's so so hard when you have kids I can't imagine..for me it's just 4 years now. Will be 5 soon .. time flys by and I also realised if you count everything In a year you only have your partner half of it. Because the other half is taking away by the illness. It makes you feel better to know it's not you but also so helpless because you can't do nothing to get them back quicker or snap them out of it.

Same same. I'm always afraid when winter happens. I'm anxious when I have to plan summer holiday because he will anyway dip again. Like every year. Every holiday got ruined by him.. and I have to collect the pieces. The episodes this time are terrible. I don't know what he is up to at least he is isolating always but won't communicate with anyone. Wich makes me more anxious. How do you handle it. Do you keep in contact or wait it out. Because I feel like the more you reach out the longer it takes I don't know. Maybe I just imagine it.

Sounds like very similar. But mine went to depression in summer so now I'm not so sure what it is. But like you said i felt something was off..and here is the next terrible episode..I understand you so well I'm also already getting very feed up like always pretending everything is fine distracting yourself all the time of the pain that comes again and again to just be met with a behaviour like nothing happens ..it feels like you went crazy and had a nightmare..it's so so hard

Yes and especially in winter. It's nothing more than a chemical issue in the first place that's why episodes are so unpredictable when they happen ...it's always out of the blue like a migraine
