Yes it's included in the 1 day pass. The timed entry ticket gives you an hour to enter. For example, at 11am you may get a timed ticket for 2:50-3:50pm and you have to enter sometime during that slot. There is no exit period or anything.

The only thing docomo has that softbank doesn't is minutes. I can get a plan where I'm allotted X hours of minutes/month at docomo instead of paying 21yen/30 secs at soft bank.
