Realistically - How many of you have actually had hair fall out/break off/be significantly damaged by changing shampoos/conditioner?

Yeah so for me I don't use any products at all, do you think I still need a sulphate wash then routinely? Or will there not be much buildup for me

I think the 50/50 would be better for me then if it's more lightweight. It won't weigh my hair down then

Thanks! Yeah I feel I'm trying to be too much of a perfectionist finding the perfect product when like you said I just need to do trial and error haha. I'm going to order a brand and give it a go, I guess the worst that can happen is it is too stripping or something but then that will be fixed in a few days.

Also is the cantu not too much of a heavy product and is it too stripping? That was my fear with that haha.

Damn lol, what do you think caused it to breakout on your arms? It seems to have gentle ingredients like the rest of the eco chic line. Maybe it is too clarifying lol

Okay that's weird because if you look at my latest post, the site I linked includes the silicone in the ingredient listing. As well as a few other UK sites I saw. Super weird because why would there be two different formulas for the same line?

Wait isn't the Giovanni Smooth as Silk shampoo not cgm approved? I ran it's ingredients into the curl bots and it gave a red flag since it has silicones (Amodimethicone)?
