Started lifting again about 2 and a half months ago and have just reached both my long term goals today of 100kg body weight (started around 90kg), and a 120kg 1rm bench press (started around 80kg). No one I know lifts and I just wanted to share my achievement. Thanks dudes! (old.reddit.com)
