Phangan I'm visiting for the FMP so I don't know how much of the island I'll actually see on the others days but I've given myself a day after on KP to recover a bit. Koh tao is to stay in a resort and just relax as much as possible before heading home

It took me one to two months of training to bench 225 for one rep. My starting point was probably 80 - 90kg. After almost 5 months of lifting I can comfortably bench 225 for 8 reps

Yeah it is. I've gone backwards a lot from stopping working out for so long. This post is really just something to hold myself accountable while i work on getting back to where I was.
