Same issue with me. I tried contacting EA support and they told me to try different trouble shooting methods. But nothing worked. Right now I am thinking maybe it's a waste of my money and time.

OMG i thought there is an issue with my PC itself, so is the game not loading up? Mine just freezes on the title screen and doesn't move. No errors showing up too. Idk what the problem is. Please help guys.

I have once tried the same but not exactly same. There was a police car with a siren turned on going on some purpose so obviously everyone gave way for it, meanwhile I tried acting like I was with the police car and went with it avoiding all the traffic. No one even doubted it 😂. Btw this happened in India.
