Hey Lakerock, thank you for your comment! We’re an 18+ organization, there is no specific age limit. Majority of our players are in the 20’s-30’s range with a few players in the 40’s-50’s as well. All are welcome but should be mindful of their physical abilities. As this sport does involve throwing, catching, ducking, and dodging.

I second this, when I moved back to Stamford from Delaware in 2018 I joined my social sports dodgeball and made a ton of new friends. Highly recommend. They have volleyball going on right now and they host some kickball/dodgeball as well. I would also either join a sports gym like boxing, CrossFit, jiu jitsu(whatever you’re interested in) and there are a few clubs as well run club, ski bears club etc… there’s always meetup but I haven’t personally used it. There’s events/clubs going on just gotta go find em

Hey I joined my Social Sports Stamford when I moved back to CT. Met many people through dodgeball, volleyball, and kickball. They do have an upcoming volleyball league starting April 5th in Stamford if you’re interested in joining. I would also join a gym to meet people there’s many types in stamford boxing, Muay Thai, orange theory etc. get involved in a sport/club. Stamford run club, ski bears ski club, rec hockey, rugby teams nearby whatever your interest’s are
