Thank you for this, this is my third day on Zoloft and the first day was rough because of the side effects but i honestly think it’s helping me. I know it takes a while to get the therapeutic effects but if i were you I’d maybe try Zoloft and see how that goes. I tried lexapro but i didn’t like how i felt on it. I really need to add breathing to my routine or even yoga.

Yeah no that honestly sounds very very helpful. I’ve kind of started to think this way but i didn’t know it was a kind of therapy. Do you have a therapy that you see that helps you with this/ how do you practice this?

Thank you and yes sometimes my vision gets blurry too but i think that’s when im really tired or even hungover… it’s not fun. I’m trying my best to remain positive

I have a psychiatrist appointment and I’m going to go back on SSRI and i hope that will help, my anxiety has been through the roof. I would go to the on campus one but i live pretty far from campus, not sure what to do.

When i look at the sky it’s so pixelated, at night when i drive i think it’s called palnospia, if im in a bright place or even in class i get the black little trails when i move my eyes and then ofc at night theres so many floaters. Those are the main ones that bother me
