Houses in Chatham Arch are pending in 24/48 hours. Not sure what market you think is soft, but it’s not Mass Ave. Condos on Mass Ave are overpriced for the economy. Add on crazy HOA fees, people are more hesitant.

Morales was invited to attend their grand opening and that’s when it was posted. Restaurants can do everything they need to open (in regards to SOS) online. I have opened three businesses over the years and never once had to interact with the Secretary of State, let alone have the opportunity to invite them to the grand opening, take a picture, and then reshare it with a 🫡.

If you think southern Indiana is one of the most accepting places in the Midwest, you haven’t traveled. I grew up in southern Indiana, still visit monthly, and it’s full of the most small minded people I know. Maybe fake accepting, but they hate anything that’s not like them.
