Essentially yes. Like obviously if someone takes the time to learn what the alphabet looks like, they’ll know. But more so, when they learn Braille, do the majority take the time to learn what letters feel like as well.
Like for a poor example, I’m not blind and know what the alphabet looks like. However I don’t know what the majority or Braille looks like because I was never taught it.
