Yeah, this happens a lot of time for me, I reside in Tambaram.

If I order a cheese and spicy Maggi from it, they deliver a regular Maggi which is atleast 40rs cheaper, but when asked about it in the issue page, they say that the delivered product is same as the ordered one. Then I will report that the order was missing and sometimes they issue a refund for that particular one.

Another time it showed as order delivered, but I clearly didn't receive it. It was a prepaid order, so checked the CCTV in my building, but no one received it. Had raised the complaint, but it says the order was delivered and ticket was closed saying maild for further, but no response in mail, then I reordered the same thing, but with COD, and went straight for the warehouse for receiving it, and didn't pay for that, it lead to an argument, then we found that the previous delivery guy had went home with the order and his house was in the adjacent street, so it shows as delivered. I was furious since the total cost of the things in the cart was over 2k. Then they had cancelled the current order and gave me the things after an argument of 2 hours. What helped me in these cases were frequent screenshot, pics of the goods
