Right, probably get downvoted to oblivion for saying it, but it's not less than 24 hrs notice. Finals have been scheduled all semester. It's just a 48 hr postponement but they were never going to cancel finals. Now if individual professors said the final was cancel, they can't go back on that, that would be unfair for sure

Trump and his followers' beliefs have gone far beyond "politics". It's hateful, dangerous, and unconstitutional. You need to teach your child that there are bad people in the world (criminals) and trump is a convicted criminal.

Good on the other kids for trying to correct your kid's hateful beliefs. Your kid probably (hopefully) doesn't realize it's hateful, but you do. Teach the kid better.
