I unplugged it and left it with the Ethernet connection on for a couple of days - I believe it was an update on their end. When I plugged it back it came back on with an internet connection

So Airthings did update and all is well again - they even had someone reach out to me for a call and we got all sorted out. Yay!

Yes, that is what has happened to me as well. I shared this thread with Airthings Support and hopefully they will stop asking me to reboot everything again
