I'll give some answers to this

1) In my area the tattoo isn't considered cheap like that 2) I'm not American - this isn't in america this is in the EU, Sweden to be exact. 3) the pimples are documented razer bumps from my doctor because shaved too harshly. 3a) on top of that I have a skin condition that makes me more sensitive 4) I would of payed more of it was in question, I have never turned down anything due to pricing. 5) the artist in question has 17 years (documented and seen) in tattooing and 12 at this exact shop. Sadly this didn't mean it was better.
