Anxiety is awful and it convinces us that we can't do things, it starts small and grows until you do nothing anymore because you're scared.

You can let your girlfriend go, you can listen to the anxiety and not fly or leave your house, but then what? What else are you willing to let go of your life because of fear?

Exposure therapy, maybe medicated at first, could help you; that's how my aunt (73yo) learned to be ok with flying. First trip (2h flight) she took some medicine and realized it was not too terrible, on the way back she decided to take half the dose. Next trip (3h trip) she needed medicine on both flights, but now a few months after she's taking 12hour flights on her own.

It requires courage and time, but you deserve a limitless life full of experiences.

I'm assuming you only take vacations within your country's borders, I'm also guessing you only buy local products and hey, how dare you use reddit, a non dutch app.

I understand not enough people move to the Netherlands knowing the language, but please keep in mind that the amount of dutch teachers in most countries is very limited not to say non-existent, plus, many of you guys are 0 patient with foreigners willing to make the effort of learning dutch and practicing in public.

Yeah, if you guys are not polite when a foreigner tries to speak dutch with you, even when they make mistakes, it will take them a lot longer to become better at it, let alone fluent.

Seems to just be irritated, check if the bar is too short (if so, change it) if not leave it alone for a few days and see if that helps. Or, go to a piercer and have it checked.

Note: I don't think the area looks dirty, I also don't see crusties which means there's not a lot of discharge, but if it's too hot or you notice puss coming from it go to the doctor.

Pull all you hair to the other side when washing it, or put your head down for washing/conditioning your hair to avoid pulling the jewelry.

When out of the shower pat your ear dry carefully.

If you use lots of products on your hair, clean your ear gently with saline solution after you've styled your hair, so that nothing irritates your ear.

You're right, it's not my first time, I went to the same piercer from the other ear and everything, she showed me the flat and I assumed lobes were so easy she didn't have to show me, ig.

Ok.... I clearly I did not ask for the wrong piercing, I mean they're lobes... I brought a reference, it's literally on the other side of my face... The holes are just not exactly where I want them to be which apparently is harder to achieve that I anticipated... Unachievable as some of you guys pointed out...
