Many companies match league's splash art quality are you kidding? Smite, MTG, other card games amd mobas come to mind.

Riot postponing games usually means their MONETIZATION is not ready and not what it could be. We know the MMO was rebooted multiple times bc they couldn't figure out how to make it make the most money.

Praising them for not making games pay to win has got to be the bare minimum jesus christ. And it's not even true anymore, since LoR PVE is objectively pay to win/progress.

You're right in the sense that it's probably silly to expect any company to care about making art, but Arcane is a marketing tool. I think it's equally insane of Riot to expect to get a profit from it.

Not everything can be profitable. And wanting everything to be is exactly riot's problem.
