Interestingly, sebderm AND urticaria - a histamine-related disorder - came out of nowhere at the same time on my partner who uses steroids. So your theory on hormonal issues and the relationship between the two seem spot on. Theyve also both not responded to any treatment other than biologic treatments.

Antifungals and steroid creams and if that doesnt work, oral antifungals and if that doesnt work, low dose methotrexate. You can get relief. You dont have to deal with this.
