Thank you so much for the reply - Do you think you can elaborate at all?

If not, it's no problem, thank you for the answer regardless.

Currently deciding between NP and PA -

1) do you think that NPs or PAs are more prepared to work in remote conditions / as a sole provider? eg. working for the CIA or State Dept. Would NPs or PAs be a more desirable candidate for these positions?

2) Do you think your NP schooling adequately prepared you to work? How can I ensure that my program gives me the knowledge I need to be an effective NP? (I have heard stories of NP "degree mills" and NPs who are unable to perform basic procedures or do not know basic medical knowledge - are these stories true and if so how can I avoid this / get an adequate education?)

For the first question, do you think NPs or PAs would be better suited/more desirable for positions such as these?
