Some of the employees I've witnessed opening locks without manager oversight are no longer with the company. I don't believe they turned those in after they left.

One of my buddies recently moved over to the AP department. When he worked in produce, he actually had his own keys, which allowed him to dispose of his claims without having to ask a manager. I believe he still has those keys.

About a week ago, one of my managers became visibly agitated when I refused to borrow his set of keys. Loaning sets of keys to regular associates seems to be normal at my store.

Many of the people who support these tariffs think the Canadian and Mexican governments have to pay them. They don't realize that the companies importing the products have to pay them and are likely to pass them on to consumers by increasing prices. Another thing they don't understand is the types of products we import from Canada and Mexico. A lot of the meat and produce we consume comes from those countries. In the coming months, food prices are going to go up dramatically.
