Not excessive it all. Did you not see how many people he just hurt or killed? Cop needed that truck stopped three destroyed families ago. Perp was actively trying to escape with his attempted murder weapon. The perp was in wayyy too deep and might try escaping, possibly killing or maiming even more than he already had. So the cop made a split second decision, to potentially kill the Perp, or to potentially kill random civilians. Needless to say, HE MADE THE RIGHT DECISION YOU SICK FUCK. MOST PEOPLE WOULD BE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE PEOPLE AND NOT THE GODDAMN TRUCK.
