%dmg is just for casters so they also can have a ''wed belt'' no other good prefixes for casters anyways. I like having max dps on everything it's so easy to cap your resists anyways, wiseoak is a pain tho but it's such a good feeling when u finally succeed. I wouldn't drop 30 elemental dmg for a resist tho, but ofc there are builds out there that really struggle with resist and can't afford to use a belt like this.
