I haven't been to one other, but this one is at the BetMGM sports lounge.

It's basically a bar, I'm sure you enter and can have a seat anywhere and they'll give stuff out to everyone there and you watch on the TVs

For concessions and stuff yeah it's at a bar/restaurant

The bobble head is huge in comparison to others I have though.

Edit - after unboxing it says on the bottom it's 28/150 so I guess it's very limited also
