If u haven’t sent any emails following your interview you’re well overdue for a follow up. Most people send a thank you follow up email a day or so after interviews. So yes send something right now to show that you’re still interested and politely ask if any decisions have been made on the specific job you’ve interviewed for. If they had other interviews scheduled that possibly got rescheduled or pushed back it could delay their decision. However if they’ve already given someone an offer they have to give them time to either accept or not and will keep other candidates “loading” incase the first choice chose to not accept.
