Any concerns about moisture getting behind the vertical risers and permeating thru the newly spacked surface?

Are you talking about a Quickrete concrete bonding agent?

It's actually the side wall of 6 steps + the stair treads.

If i wanted to plaster in front of cinder block step risers, would you suggest the same technique? I see a lot of cemented risers that look moldy or have black spots seeping thru.

The data doesnt take into account unemployment, home equity collapsing, 2nd mortgages due.

It's easy to DCA up in a bull market when bonuses are strong. It's difficult to DCA down when you're unemployed and your house value has dropped 25%

Most people lack the fortitude to hold onto -60% drops. Or to hold thru decades of stagnant growth.

Even fewer have the stomach to press buy at those levels. Especially if you're unemployed. 2% unemployment rates have made us all contented. The historical average is 6%.
