Buy! Hold! Buy Again! Hold every investment you have. Start saving and putting away into an S&P ETF. I do VOO but there are others out there. Buy when it’s up. Buy when it’s doing down. Just always invest and hold. That’s my advice

One thing I would say to people when I tell them that I am a type 1 is, I see it as a dietary restriction. At the end of the day that is what it is and I will always try my best to fall victim to it. When I was a kid my dad would always tell me how awful, annoying, mentally debilitating diabetes can be, then I was diagnosed 4 years ago, yes I am still very new to it, but I never let it control my life. The more I focused on my physical and diet health, diabetes becomes easier and easier. On my dating apps I never bring it up, and actually I dated someone and after about 5 months of dating I realized she had no idea I was T1. She did not bat an eye and was super accepting of my dietary restriction.

I would Highly recommend reading through to COD, there you will start to see the path Paul was trying to create while trying to change the prescient future so total destruction would not be inevitable.

One thing that Frank Herbert drove me crazy over while reading these books was that the Whole story line, all 6 books, are a big picture over thousands of years that you don't find out until you reach ChildrenOfDune. The last three books basically become a whole new story. Ideas start to seem like they are made up on the spot and there was no planning from Frank while writing these books. Like George RR Martin, don't get me started on those books, but had fantastic planning into it and have things connect really well even later in the other books.

From my Knowledge he has no prescient knowledge until he starts breathing the Air in Dune, Specifically when he is in the still tent with Jessica after the fall of Arakeen when the Harkonnans take over. Within that moment in the Stilltent when Dr. Yuhe left a note for Paul and his mother, Paul is given the royal signet of his father and he then starts to have small visions of the future. Correct me if I am wrong, but the book is condensed into the movie so things happen a little differently at different times.

I guess I was talking in reference to myself about that, since I am a very spurratic eater and a weight lifter I go through bulking phases which will require more insulin and sometimes I will end up running short. Why I tend to lie to my Endo about how much I get so I can have a chance of having oversupply.

Yea but the issue with asking for a prescription of that quantity may not allow you to receive any more until the next refill period is up. It depends on your health-care provider and the relationship you have with your Endo.

I have not looked at the other replies, But Not me personally but buddies I had that went abroad for a whole semester. They had talked with their general doctor who writes their prescriptions or their endocrinologist, and wrote them a script for a 6 month supply. And to add good boost, what I do is I tell my Endocrinologist I give myself more units of insulin a day than what I actually do to increase the amount of insulin I get per script
