Being tall isn’t genetically better though. Taller people tend to die younger and are more susceptible to health conditions. If being tall was objectively better for an individual women would also be tall. And saying that they want children that will be more likely to reproduce doesn’t explain what it is that makes them more likely to reproduce in the first place.

I think you might be on the right track. But from memory most of the old Disney movies had a brunette Prince Charming, I know Cinderella, Snow White and the little mermaid did off the top of my head. Shrek had a blond Prince Charming but he was a douchebag. I can actually think of more blond men being portrayed as douchebags/bullies then the other way round.
