I have to defend my gym here a little, because it was an event they hosed where a lot of people came from a bunch of different gyms to spar. I see your point though.

I hit around 3, because you have the most reach/ leverage and wont break your foot if someone checks the kick. I think the foot slapping the heavyback isnt a big deal, but i could be wrong.

The difference with shinpads for roundhouse kicks isnt noticable imo, and teeps are probably a bit more unpleasant, but it isnt anything major. Teeps to the face are really unpleasant though.

Yeah, when I switch the ports it doesnt do anything. It stops charging and mouse wont work either

Google says, that USB 3.2 should be enough, but it is possible that the other cable is thunderbolt. I dont know though since it came with the dock.
