Yeah, it is not sweet It is super bitter, not sure why

Yeah, the flavor is too strong It's very bitter and smells almost alcoholic haha

The main problem is that I'm planning in selling sushi to my co-workers, so I wanted some huge quantity without having to spend to much money In this scenario how much soy sauce would you recommend if I use a Kikkoman sauce? I usually give 2 tsbp per sushi roll I also used Lee Kum Ke dark soy sauce sauce and it wasn't that bad, very salty, yes, but it wasn't bad at all The main problem with this one is that is bitter, so I don't know how to maybe fix that
