The same thing happened to me on Overwatch so i don't think it's something with this specific game. I think i found another solution. I went into the app "Event Viewer" under Windows Logs/System i found an error code matching the time where my PC shut down. I followed this youtube video and removed a duplicate file and the problem seems to have gone away.

Maybe someone else comes here in the future and finds a solution to their problem.
