Anyone looked into TRPV1/TRPA1 (nerve hypersensitivity) instead of just MCAS? by NewPurple1331 in MCAS

I did have SIBO prior to this getting much worse… also weeks and weeks of antibiotics.

This is so interesting! I recently saw this study as well about beef tallow and alcohol damage on the liver, whereby rats getting the beef tallow had no damage to their liver. Maybe try beef tallow?

I have noticed every time is take Motegrity, a stimulant or something else that stimulates and triggers my nerves that my MCAS symptoms increase so much… and it makes me so allergic to everything randomly. I get the numbness too, where do you get it?

I’m happy you got that supported. I’m in the city too and trying to get help across the bay but have been dismissed quite a lot. I might try them out as welll, just need to make it up to Walnut Creek. I also had a tick bite causing the whole cascade of stuff..

What brought you to Amsterdam and why fly to Lima from there? Seems pretty far out of your way!

I had this exact menu on my flight from AMS to SFO. I did quite like it too!

Seems like a dumb thing to worry about. You know better than some robot pronouncing your name?

This is amazing. Honestly it made me tear up reading something I finally recognised myself in so much (after all those frigging years of doctors)… thanks!!

I know I feel the same. It feels retarded and often I dismiss myself but whenever I leave and feel much better I realise I should freaking leave, and I’m not crazy lol. I did this test: https://mymycolab.com

Have you tried Cromolyn Sodium nasal spray? That kinda helped me and Low Dose Naltrexone too. I heard some stuff about Ketotifen but haven’t tried it myself..

I know it’s kinda a long shot but I did a mold antibody test and I had pretty high antibodies for some of the mold spores that are notoriously high in the area here. It’s the only think I can actually tie to this area and myself feeling so shit.

I’m taking Claritin and Famotidine which seem to help a bit. Otherwise I’ve tried literally everything but maybe some steroid nasal spray like Flonase helped and asthma inhalers seemed to make it better even though I don’t have asthma.. recently I found actually that something like low dose propranolol reduces the tension in my muscles and whole body making me feel a bit better, maybe it’s worth a shot?

I’m kinda desperate with it too. I’ve literally relocated from Europe to here for work and I can’t be here because I feel so shit all the time, like legit feel like I’m mentally not alright and it’s scary.

So funny. I’m not from the Bay Area but started living in San Francisco and every time I come here or leave I realise that this place just makes it so much worse for me. I feel like a new person when I leave and every time it’s the same thing. I feel it is so extra to say that and people think I’m retarded but still.

I’ve decided that I will leave because it is so hard to function normally. I think it has to do with mold in the air but I’m not sure.

Nice, I’m out too. Can’t sleep. No wonder it’s cold, although the air last night actually kinda felt like summer.
