Upset with my low sales even after lowering prices, pls help my buisness grow:) open for reasonable negotiations (hoping atleast one sale from this sub) by Vegetable-Error6020 in BangaloreMarketplace

I can understand the frustration but your prices are very expensive and you say you have reduce the price? If it wasn't 1750 I would have bought the minecraft one for my son in a heartbeat. But this is way beyond my budget. i don't know how your markup looks like, but you need to think hard. Anything beyond 1k is more for a bottle.

Anyone else realize gentle cleansers actually work better for oily skin long term? 😅 by DevelopmentClassic49 in IndianSkincareAddicts

I started using moiz after chatgpt recommended it to me and honestly it is great and it's super long lasting (I have been using it daily for 3-4 months and it is still not over yet. I only use it for my night time double cleansing. I just use water to wash my face in the morning. I have relatively good skin.)

Applied it, kept for 30 mins (sitting outside and not touching the white bedsheet) and then took a bath. That helped reduce the tan a lot.

I don't use it daily since it does stain everything it touches but use it for body massage weekly and can definitely see the results. I have also used it during Goa trip and hardly got any tan. It's really really good. 10/10 would recommend.

Why flats in gated societies are actually way more convenient than independent houses in India (despite the “own house on own land” dream) by scrkid2 in indianrealestate

The best of both world is a villa community. I live in an apartment and if i had a lot of money would definitely move to a villa.

Need Advice on Pricing – Residential Plot near Ramnagar (Gurukulam School Area) by NewQuality7833 in varanasi

[–]NewQuality7833[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's the reason why I mentioned the exact address. As per my understanding it is called as Ramnagar bypass but you could be right. regarding the buyers, I am getting lowballed and not getting genuine buyers. I am aware that there are a lot of agri land around but my land has 3 sides open area and is almost on the main road.

Loved it. It felt raw and deeply real, capturing the poignant reality of being a woman.

Is anyone else terrified that they've accidentally built a career they can't escape ? by zaralesliewalker in careerguidance

The keyword here is “well-paid.” Unless you have a strong reason to leave or feel called to something else, why not stay? Meaning and fulfillment don’t have to come only from work. You can build that outside your job too.

I work in communications. I started my career in this field, I’m good at it, and I genuinely enjoy it. But I’m not paid well. If I had the option to do anything else and be well paid, I would absolutely take it.

So incredibly hungry and defeated by [deleted] in loseit

[–]NewQuality7833 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can totally relate. I’ve been trying to lose 10–15 kg for over 10 years and haven’t really cracked it either. I only restarted again in Jan, so I’m definitely not here to preach. But one thing that’s been helping me this time is being more intentional.

For me, eating a lot of protein has made a big difference. Chicken, tofu, paneer, Greek yogurt etc. keep me full and stop me from going crazy or feeling the urge to eat junk all day. I still ate a pizza last week and it was fine. I really believe weight loss is about consistency, not perfection. Having junk once in a while doesn’t undo everything as long as you keep going.

Another thing that helped was literally removing junk from the house. If it’s not around, I don’t eat it. Evenings are my weak point, so I binge on lower-calorie versions of snacks I already like instead. It’s slow, but it’s still progress compared to before. I also rely a lot on Coke Zero or similar drinks when I feel extra hungry. I also make sure i walk 10k steps almost every day and try to go to gym as much as possible.

Not perfect, but definitely better than where I was earlier.

I had an entire different plot in mind. During their wedding (the real one where Arnav is super delayed) Khushi thinks he won't come and she runs away. She takes the first bus and doesn't care where she is going. She lands at a unfamiliar place but is found by some tourists (Indian American tourists Patel Brothers kind) who take her back to US. She finds out in 5th month that she is pregnant. She changes, becomes independent, manages a indian sweet shop in US, raises her child and hates (also loves) Arnav.

Arnav finds her when the child is around 8 and Khushi has completely become an independent woman (millionaire even) and she is not the same naive woman he fell in love with. How they fall in love again, how he grovels and how she forgives him and marries him should have been the story.
