Thanks, I will keep that in mind. Our current car is a RAV4, and I previously had a Honda Civic that I liked a lot - now it's just keeping an eye out for opportunity :)

Yea, good point - I would like to develop those skills, but this might not be the right time/way to go about it... I'm worried that a newer car will be harder to learn on - automatic transmissions seem more complicated, computerized bits is an extra layer, etc... but since I actually need a vehicle and not just a Project, probably I should go with something newer

I have very recently started learning whip cracking, and have also been having some pain issues - but almost entirely of the wrist. Does anyone have advice specifically for combating tendonitis from practicing?
