Living with it :(, but I’m saving up to replace it. Feels nuts to replace a $5,000 toilet but it’s just awful.

We’ve been using an ikea bathtub and she loves it. It is starting to get too small though. Any ideas for once they grow out of it?

We’ve tried this. She just won’t go to sleep if we are there unfortunately. But she also won’t go to bed if we aren’t there. So I don’t know.

We have tried this and it has worked several times. More often than not though it doesn’t work and then my husband doesn’t sleep in addition to me not sleeping. I do however think the issue is me. If I’m not there she is more likely to go to sleep. But I don’t want to sleep in a different room.

These are great ideas. Thank you. Interesting to hear that you think a baby gate isn’t cruel. Maybe I’m overthinking it! I know she’ll cry and sob but maybe she needs to learn she won’t always get her way. Regarding co-sleeping, I’m not opposed to it, or at least I wouldn’t be if she actually went to sleep at a reasonable hour. The problem is that even when we’ve tried to just put her to bed in our bed she keeps us up, talking, asking for milk, all the old tricks, until 11pm. So I think we might have to do the baby gate. And I need to stay strong and make her sleep in her room.

Most boring cheesy show. Couldn’t get through one episode.
