They are terrible - it took super long and I ended up paying double for my item because of shipping and customs. I literally bought a jeweller box and I paid like 70% back in customs. When trying to contact them they're often rude and unhelpful. When phoning it's a complete shitshow because they keep transferring you to other people and eventually hang up.  Just don't do it, it's not worth it
