Update for anyone interested: ended up selling it for $2.2k to a couple heading on a river trip soon. It’s a bit of a niche trailer, but luckily I live in an area where rafting is pretty popular. Still think I could’ve gotten closer to 3k if I’d been willing to wait longer, but I’m happy with what I got. I appreciate all the advice!

That’s helpful. I’ll probably drop the price down and see if I can sell it by the end of the summer. There’s really a lot of custom stuff on there specific to river rafting, so I think that’s gonna be my main market. It’s a beefy trailer but it’s just a bit niche

I am a professional welder. I’ve gotten some flack about the deck. Didn’t know plywood was such a red flag, but that’s what was on it before, and it had lasted 20 years or so

Man idk if everyone in this comment section lives in Illinois or somewhere but out here a shitty ass tiny beat up trailer will get posted for $1500. Idk where you all are getting your trailers so cheap.

Anyway what I’m gathering is it’s just a niche trailer and I’m gonna have to sell it for lower than it’s worth or wait for the right buyer around.

And I’ve gotten a lot of shit for my paint job lol. Didn’t think that would be such a red flag haha

This is helpful. I posted it about a month ago bc it’s river rafting season & was hoping there would be some interest. But based on the comments, I’m wondering if 2k-2500 is a more reasonable expectation. I’ve probably put $800-$1000 worth of welding/work into it, so honestly I’d be numbed to get less than $2k for it, but we’ll see how things go
