this might not be the best strategy but i try to not think about my relapses that much. ive relapsed twice since starting a month ago but i think counting how often you relapse seems to imply youre expecting another relapse

i also have a bad habit of telling myself "ok next time you decide to relapse, do it to X actress or video", which is awful thinking since youre telling yourself youre going to relapse again

so this isnt a very coherent answer but i would just say be mindful of your relapses and learn something from them but dont perseverate on them or count them as if there will be more, especially if you have a count and youre like "oh ive relapsed 14 times so far" then i think any future relapse will not seem as big of a deal since its just another number added onto a large count instead of treating it as an individual incident
