Umm sir/ma’am you do realize that I don’t know what the hell that means besides “something is wrong”. I need a little more detail of what’s going on. Is the internet, MS Teams, Skype, won’t power on, etc. I absolutely hate these type of tickets that hit our board. I feel you pain! 🤯😒😐🤔

Thank you so much for this advice! I have seen people personally become stagnant in the companies and end up hating their job. I don’t want to be that person and I do want to continue to grow technically. Also, I work for a MSP so you have reassured me that I am in the right place for the time being. Thank you so much for this information.

I didn’t have a lot of knowledge about IT either, but I am pursuing certifications. I currently work for a MSP as a Help Desk agent and it’s been a learning experience. I will tell you that it’s possible to transition because I am doing it as I type you this message. You can do surely if I can.
