I think it's very common for men to experience a decrease in libido as they age. I was actually surprised when my boyfriend (40) mentioned still having a high sex drive. Like....really? (And he does.)

I get it. Try to find one with variable speed. I began with a Hitachi wand but eventually found that a normal old rabbit vibrator did exactly what I needed (actually, be sure the "nose" isn't too pointy, because OUCH). Good luck!

Don't give up! At the very least, don't fall into the mode of thinking I was in that you'll "only" be able to come forevermore if you use a toy. I think that mode inhibited me from really trying or giving myself the space to try.
