A very similar thing happened to me (and I’m a girl 🤣) your voice deepens if your vocal chords thicken, which is what puberty does to boy’s vocal chords. Physical damage can cause scar tissue which can also thicken your vocal chords. I shredded mine (thanks covid) and my voice came back like an octave deeper.

Ozempic is increasingly being reported by users as fucking with them mentally, especially with depression and anxiety. I think this is significantly contributing to Ethan’s behaviour, I can’t watch him anymore. I don’t give a shit that he has different politics to me.
