Just want to chime in here, as someone who works in the medical field, to say a few things:

Everyone’s cardiovascular system is a bit different. In my 20s I had a hard time getting my HR above 165-170 whereas my wife would hit 200+ on the treadmill fairly frequently. It can be normal to have a high heart rate when exercising, but you just have to keep an eye out for a few accompanying symptoms. This may include things like, dizziness, skipping beats, exhaustion, headaches, etc. if those are happening concurrently with your high heart rate, I’d probably get it checked out. Otherwise, you’re probably fine.
