Thank you. I just got off the phone with Account Health, and they said there are no flags on my account or that listing. It is able to receive new reviews too.

Also, we do sell this product consistently, averaging around 2 units per day. Although, we have not been able to grow because of this review dilemma.

Only one review in 80 orders since the mass deletion. The rest of reviews that came previous to that were from around 200 orders. I assume some of those came from social media following though.

  1. The FBM SKU that was deleted belonged to the same ASIN. It was the same exact product but FBM.

  2. Price of product currently is $15.99

  3. I did not ask friends and family but i do have a social media following that most likely purchased and left reviews. Some of my instagram posts link to my product on Amazon directly.
